Third | Citrus Salad: Refreshing mixed greens tossed with sliced orange & grapefruit with lime-honey vinaigrette
Fourth | Creole Braised Oxtail: served with a creamy mais moulin (Caribbean-style polenta)
Fifth | Rum-Soaked Bread Pudding with Caramelized Banana Sauce: A rich bread pudding made with coconut milk, warm spices, and a splash of aged rum, baked to golden perfection. Topped with caramelized bananas in a buttery rum sauce
